Mirza is currently working as a doctoral researcher at Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (National Metrology Center), Germany focusing on quantum atom optics and specializing in experimental optical atomic clock. He completed a joint master in Advanced Quantum Physics (AQP) and Quantum Technologies and Engineering (QUANTEEM) from Technical University of Kaiserslautern (Germany) and University of Burgundy, Dijon (France) with fully funded prestigious Erasmus Mundus master scholarship. Before that, he completed his intermediate from BISE Multan (2017) and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Physics (2022) from COMSATS University Islamabad, both under the flagship of Science Talent Farming Scheme Scholarship (STFS Batch-I) Pakistan, which was a joint project of Ministry of Science and Technology, Pakistan Science Foundation (PSF), and Higher Education Comission (HEC) of Pakistan.
